Enjoy an exceptional panoramic 360° view over the Luz Saint-Sauveur valley and the surrounding mountain range. The apartment features 3 bedrooms (4 single beds, 1 queen bed, 1 double bed), an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, a bathroom (2 sinks, 1 shower), a separate toilet, a terrace, and a courtyard. The rooms are spacious, bright, and well-insulated. Heating is electric. The large courtyard includes outdoor furniture and parking spaces, with a private entrance separate from the owner’s. There are no direct views between the property and the owner or neighboring houses. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented on site for an extra fee. The accommodation must be left clean; otherwise, part of the deposit will be withheld. This is the last village before the Luz-Ardiden ski resort. The property is at the crossroads of three ski resorts: Luz-Ardiden (8 km), Gavarnie (20 km), and Tourmalet (Barèges - La Mongie, 12 km). Nearby: Luz Saint-Sauveur (4.5 km), Barèges (10 km), Cauterets (22 km), Lourdes (30 km). The village offers over 30 km of hiking trails for all levels, a mountain biking circuit, and the GR10 trail. Hikes start here to famous peaks: Cirque de Gavarnie, Pic du Midi Observatory, Vignemale. Cyclists have access to Tour de France passes. Year-round, enjoy spas and thalassotherapy. Bungee jumping at the Napoleon Bridge and trout fishing are also possible.

The village offers over 30 km of trails for walks of all levels, a mountain bike circuit, and the GR10 hiking route. Set out for hikes to famous peaks like the Cirque de Gavarnie, Pic du Midi Observatory, Cirque de Troumouse, or Vignemale. Cyclists can access legendary Tour de France mountain passes nearby. Year-round, enjoy thermal spas and thalassotherapy centers. Other activities include bungee jumping at Pont Napoléon and trout fishing. As the last village before Luz-Ardiden ski resort, the property is at the crossroads of three ski areas: Luz-Ardiden (7 km), Gavarnie (20 km), and Tourmalet Barèges-La Mongie (12 km).
